OGDC Talent Hunt Program (NTHP)

Empowering talented yet financially disadvantaged students across the country with access to world-class higher education at IBA Karachi and Sukkur IBA — because potential should never be limited by circumstance.

Fully funded scholarships: Tuition, accommodation, and living expenses covered at IBA Karachi and Sukkur IBA.

Six-month orientation: A structured preparatory program to bridge academic gaps and build university entry test readiness.

Merit-based selection: Students are selected on academic potential and financial need from OGDC's operational regions.

Success Story: Daughter of Shamaz Gull, a shopkeeper from Jhang, Uswa's path to a professional career was not straightforward. After completing her intermediate at Government Women College Jhang, it was her brother who pointed her toward the OGDC NTHP — a program that would open doors she had never imagined. At Sukkur IBA University, Uswa didn't just survive — she thrived. Balancing academics with curricular and extracurricular commitments, she graduated with a BBA in Agribusiness and earned a Gold Medal for outstanding performance. Today she serves as a Coordinator at PKLI, a JCI-accredited hospital.
