Living OGDC Values in the Light of Seerat un Nabi ﷺ

OGDC organized a special session titled “Living OGDCL Values in the Light of Seerat‑un‑Nabi ﷺ” on September 15, 2026, at Head Office, Islamabad.

The program highlighted how the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ embody timeless principles of character, leadership, integrity, compassion, justice, resilience, and responsibility. The session emphasized the relevance of these lessons in today’s professional environment, encouraging reflection on ethical conduct, leadership, decision‑making, collaboration, accountability, and workplace responsibility.

At the heart of the discussion were OGDC’s six core values — Merit, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Dedication, and Safety explored through lessons from the Seerah to demonstrate their application in organizational and professional life.

The session was conducted by Maulana Sajjad Ahmed Sheikh, an Islamic scholar with advanced qualifications in Islamic Jurisprudence and Dars‑e‑Nizami, alongside degrees in Economics, Political Science, and Business Administration. With over a decade of corporate experience across energy, automotive, FMCG, and real estate sectors, he brought a unique perspective in connecting Islamic teachings with contemporary professional life.

OGDC is strengthening organizational culture through values‑based learning and practical reflection on how principles of Seerah can be translated into everyday action.
