OGDC Ranked No. 1 in Transparency International Pakistan’s TRAC 2026 Assessment

OGDC has secured the top position among 104 leading publicly listed companies in Transparency International Pakistan’s Transparency in Corporate Reporting Assessment (TRAC) 2026, achieving an overall score of 92.71% and earning a place in the “Significantly Transparent” category.

The assessment highlights OGDC’s robust disclosure practices across corporate governance, accountability, and responsible business conduct. The company significantly outperformed the overall average score of 66.73% recorded for the 104 companies evaluated.

OGDC achieved a perfect score in anti-corruption disclosures, reflecting the strength of its compliance and transparency framework. The report also cited the Company’s Code of Conduct as a best-practice example for providing employees with secure and confidential channels to report unethical behavior.

In addition, OGDC scored 81.25% in Human Rights and Corporate Responsibility disclosures and 75% in ESG disclosures, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices. The company also achieved 100% marks in Procurement Related to Government Contracts and Tenders, ranking first in this category.

The ranking reflects OGDC’s continued focus on maintaining high standards of corporate reporting and disclosure, reinforcing its position as a leading and responsible corporate entity in Pakistan.
