OGDC Strengthens Mining & Metals Leadership Capabilities

As part of its Learning & Development initiatives, OGDC, in collaboration with Wood Mackenzie, successfully concluded the second cohort of the Leadership Capability Development Program – Mining & Metals at OGDC Training, Islamabad.

The three-day programme covered key aspects of the Mining & Metals value chain, including industry trends, portfolio planning, investment evaluation, commercial optimization, risk management, sustainability, and decarbonization. Participants benefited from expert-led sessions, industry case studies, and practical learning exercises.

The initiative reflects OGDC's commitment to developing future-ready leadership, strengthening strategic capabilities, and supporting its long-term business diversification objectives in the Mining & Metals sector.
