OGDCL & IBA Launch Specialized Diploma Programs

OGDC, in partnership with IBA Leadership Academy, has launched specialized diploma programs at the Oil & Gas Training Institute (OGTI), Islamabad. These programs equip professionals with advanced knowledge, practical frameworks, and modern management skills.

The portfolio includes diplomas in Corporate Law, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and Management Consulting. Each four‑month program offers flexible learning, enabling participants to pursue professional development alongside regular work.

To strengthen internal expertise, OGDC has also sponsored 15 employees in ESG, Corporate Law, and Project Management. This initiative underscores OGDC’s commitment to capability development and preparing its workforce for evolving business needs.
