OGDC has organized a first-of-its-kind field training session at its Dhakni Plant

OGDC has organized a first-of-its-kind field training session at its Dhakni Plant to enhance the professional skills of its employees. A total of 50 employees participated in the session, divided into two batches.

Moderated by Mr. Mehtab Hameed, an NLP Master Trainer from Shape Company, the session introduced participants to the principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Employees explored advanced concepts including the VAK Model and techniques related to behavioral adaptation.

The comprehensive training also focused on essential workplace competencies such as ownership, time management, stress management, and adaptability. This initiative reflects OGDC’s commitment to equipping its workforce with modern tools and techniques to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the company's success.
