Workshop on Business Integrity & Ethical Compliance for Board of Directors

A workshop was conducted for the OGDC Board of Directors to reinforce governance practices and highlight the importance of transparency, ethical leadership, and corporate accountability. The session focused on international best practices in corporate disclosure emphasizing the Board’s pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity, enhancing stakeholder trust, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Kashif Ali, Executive Director of Transparency International Pakistan, and Ms. Shahana Kaukab, Trustee of Transparency International Pakistan. Their insights provided valuable guidance on aligning OGDC’s governance framework with global benchmarks.
