Workshop on Practicing Integrity and Ethical Compliance for Employees

OGDC organized an awareness workshop aimed at promoting ethical conduct and strengthening its anti-corruption culture. The session emphasized the principles of integrity, ethical decision-making, conflict of interest management, and strict adherence to anti-corruption policies. Participants were reminded of their individual accountability in maintaining transparency and upholding the organization’s core values.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Kashif Ali, Executive Director of Transparency International Pakistan, who shared valuable insights on fostering a culture of integrity and compliance across the company.
