Mr. Syed Imtiaz Hussain Sherazi is a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant with over 30 years of diversified experience in financial management, corporate reporting, taxation, and accounting. As General Manager (Accounts), he provides strategic oversight of financial operations, supporting sound governance, regulatory compliance, and effective financial decision-making.

Since joining OGDC in 1999, Mr. Sherazi has held key leadership roles in corporate financial reporting, joint venture accounting, accounts payable, import accounting, and taxation. Recognized for his analytical acumen and professional judgment, he has contributed significantly to strengthening financial controls, reporting systems, and corporate governance.
