Khurram Shiraz

Mr. Khurram Shiraz is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with extensive leadership experience across the oil and gas, power, and telecommunications sectors. As General Manager (Internal Audit), he brings strong expertise in corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, and business transformation, gained through leadership roles in both listed and unlisted organizations.

Prior to joining OGDC, Mr. Shiraz served as Joint Director (Enforcement & Monitoring) at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). He subsequently held senior leadership positions within the Attock Oil Group and PTCL Group, where he led audit, strategy, and transformation functions, contributing to enhanced governance and organizational performance.
