Mr. Qamaruddin is an Associate Cost and Management Accountant with over 30 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, and corporate management. As General Manager (Finance) at Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), he provides strategic oversight of the Company’s core financial functions, including Treasury, Budgeting, Billing & Collection, and Management Reporting. Since joining OGDC in 1999, he has held key leadership roles in Joint Venture Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Imports Accounting, Taxation, and Government Audit Compliance.
