Saleem Nasir

Mr. Saleem Nasir is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 33 years of experience in Pakistan’s oil and gas industry. Currently serving as General Manager (C&ESS), he leads OGDC’s civil engineering nationwide, covering pre drilling works, work over jobs, infrastructure development, plant establishment, field facilities, and specialized projects such as roads, airstrips, flood protection structures, sheds, and multi story buildings.

A Civil Engineering graduate from UET Lahore (Taxila Campus), Mr. Nasir joined OGDC in 1993 and has since held diverse technical and leadership roles. His expertise extends to the operation and maintenance of earthmoving and haulage machinery essential for project delivery, enabling efficient execution across the Company’s operations. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing the Company’s engineering capacity and ensuring the successful execution of critical projects that support operational growth and sustainability.
