Shahzad Safdar

Mr. Shahzad Safdar is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and business transformation. Since joining OGDC in March 2020, he has contributed to strengthening people practices and organizational effectiveness. Earlier, he played a key role in PTCL's privatization and led transformational initiatives in collaboration with renowned consulting firms, including McKinsey and Bearing Point.

An engineering graduate from UET Lahore with an MBA from LUMS, Mr. Safdar has held senior HR leadership positions at Kot Addu Power Company and Pakistan State Oil. His professional expertise spans strategic workforce planning, organizational transformation, leadership development, and change management.
