Sikandar Ali Shaikh

Mr. Sikandar Ali Shaikh serves as General Manager (CSR) at Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), where he leads community development initiatives and land management operations across the Company’s exploration and production footprint. With over 30 years of professional experience, he has held diverse managerial roles since joining OGDC in 1993, including Regional Coordinator in Sukkur, Multan, and Karachi, and leadership positions in Industrial Relations, HR Information Systems, HR Development, Recruitment, External Communication, CSR, and Land Management.

His extensive exposure to both field operations and head office functions has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics, employee engagement, and stakeholder relations. Under his leadership, the CSR Department continues to expand its impact through sustainable, transparent, and community-driven projects, reinforcing OGDC’s commitment to social responsibility and long-term value creation.
