Mr. Wasim Ahmad is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of diversified experience in financial management, corporate reporting, and governance. He assumed the charge of Company Secretary on March 15, 2023, and also serves as Secretary to the Board Committees, supporting sound corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and effective board administration.

An Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), Mr. Ahmad has served in key roles across Financial Planning & Reporting and Investor Relations. His expertise in corporate governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement continues to support the Company's strategic and regulatory objectives.
